Over the past 15 years, the Florida Capital Bank logo has served us well; however, the logo was creating confusion as we expand the banks services nationally. It is time to change our brand to reflect a more modern organization that is not only keeping up with today’s technology, but also providing a variety of financial services to companies across the nation.

We will be unveiling a new look to Florida Capital Bank to go with our expanded outlook! Over the next few months, you will see even more changes to reflect our new brand, like our website, online & mobile banking, debit cards and signage.

With change there are always questions, so we put together the following FAQs that should answer most of your questions about our new look. Florida Capital Bank is a nationally chartered bank with multiple business lines. The Florida symbol was hindering our ability to communicate clearly our national capabilities. In addition, our scope of specialty banking, mortgage, warehouse, and SBA lending has dramatically expanded over the past few years. Therefore, establishing a more unified, visual identity that works on a national level will strengthen the recognition for all of our business lines.

We knew we needed to drop the Florida icon and what evolved was a design that preserves a bit of bank heritage and works seamlessly across all business channels, symbolizing growth, infinite opportunities and the connections we build with our client. Our new logo reflects who we are: solid, stable, and reliable.

No. This is a logo change and rebrand only. There is no plan to change the legal name of the bank – Florida Capital Bank, N.A., which will continue to appear on legal documents, agreements and contracts.

No. The new logo and brand has no impact on our customers or their business. Our hope is to build upon our current relationship so you gain a better understanding of the services we provide on a national level and the benefits of banking with us. We want to be there for our customers at every stage of financial growth, from your first savings account, your first home, funding a business, moving into your dream home, to selling your business.

We are still the same friendly people providing the same exceptional service, which will not change. What you can expect to see are changes to processes to highlight our growing vision to provide you with more of the financial solutions and services you need. From a cosmetic/brand look, you can expect to see changes to online and mobile banking, statements and signage – and a new website in the coming months.

There will be no impact to your account, day-to-day banking, account numbers, or login information.

No. You can continue to use your current debit/credit card. When your debit/credit card expires, the replacement card will reflect the new logo.

There will be no changes to the app. However, in a few months we will update the icon for our mobile app to reflect the new logo and brand. We will send out a communication when this happens.

No. This change is a logo change only. It will not affect your personal/business accounts or your day-to-day activities.

No, all phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. There is a minor update to our mailing address. The suite number will be STE 200. We have dropped the “A” after the 200.

No. The URL for the bank website will remain the same – www.flcb.com or www.floridacapitalbank.com

The Online Banking access will be the same. The login will remain on FLCBank’s homepage and visibly located near the top right of the screen, no matter what type of device you are using.

No. The FDIC insurance coverage is not affected by this change. Your accounts continue to be backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government.  For more information on FDIC insurance coverage visit www.fdic.gov.

There will be no impact to contracts or agreements in place. Our name hasn’t changed. All agreements and contracts with the old logo are still binding.

No. The logo change is not the result of a merger or acquisition of any kind. The logo change is part of a comprehensive plan to grow and continue building a healthy and sustainable organization serving you and future generations.
