From our products and services, to offering helping hands to charitable organizations and providing financial literacy, we believe in helping all of our communities thrive. Here are some of the different ways our employee volunteers are helping to make a difference.
Hope Starts Here 5K
In collaboration with Operation New Hope, the Hope Starts Here 5K and one-mile fun run through historic Springfield raises money to support Operation New Hope’s efforts to build safer communities, stronger economies and more stable families through programs such as workforce training, mental health services and job placement for people affected by the criminal justice system here in our community.

Hunger Fight
Florida Capital Bank provided a direct donation of $2,500 to Hunger Fight to benefit low income families experiencing food insecurity in Jacksonville. Over 30 volunteering employees also generously donated their time of 2 hours and talent to package 10,080 cheesy mac meals!
Nemours Hospital
The holiday season can be stressful, especially for the young patients of Nemours Children’s Hospital. Our group of FLCB gift-givers were there last winter to lighten the load on these families, and bring back some of the cheer that has been missing.

Teach a Child to Save
We provide educational literacy to elementary school students at Ruth N. Upson Elementary School through the American Bankers Association's literacy program - Teach a Child to Save.
Habijax (Habitat for Humanity)
Our team understands and appreciates the value in home equity not only on paper but in reality. This is why we were more than happy to lend a hand to a family moving forward in their dream of homeownership with HabiJax.
