Kendra Vincenty recently joined Florida Capital Bank as the Director of Operations and Credit Administration for Government Lending. Previously, Kendra served as the Government Lending Manager for First Financial Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has been actively involved in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending since 1996, when she helped launch the MicroLoan program to promote economic development through a Community Development Corporation in Columbus, Ohio. Kendra’s responsibilities expanded to include lending in 2002 when she joined Commerce National Bank to develop its SBA programs. In 2009 after that bank was consolidated into First Merchants Bank, Kendra was named Director of Government Lending. Her depth of experience in SBA lending provides her the insight to serve a three-year term on the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lending (NAGGL) board of directors as a representative of small lending institutions. As an instructor for NAGGL, she trains her peers on a variety of topics. 

Steve St. Clair

Mr. St. Clair is our Government Guaranteed Lending USDA Specialist. Steve has expertise financing charter schools as well as other special use commercial real estate. Since joining Florida Capital Bank in 2006, Steve has underwritten and originated commercial loans for the bank in addition to managing various business client relationships. Mr. St. Clair holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Science and Management from UC Davis and is a Private Pilot with over 250 hours of qualified flight time.

His expert knowledge of the market allows Bernie to help business owners maximize growth and expansion opportunities, specifically with SBA 7(a) and USDA loans. He has a very diverse business experience background lending to businesses involved in the manufacturing, hospitality, aquaculture, retail, medical, and franchising industries.  Bernie is the Vice Chairman of the banking committee with the SBRN (Small Business Resource Network – North Florida) and a member of FAMP (Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals).

As an SBA and USDA loan processor, he has financing experience in various industries including hospitality, medical offices, and veterinarian practices. Chamois is active in his community and is also a part-time paramedic on weekends.

Throughout his 34 years in banking, Charles “Charlie” Conoley has garnered knowledge and experience in the industry. With over 20 years of SBA loan experience, and 15 years of USDA loan origination (in both B&I and community facility loans), Charles consistently stands as one of the top producing lenders in the southern U.S., with more than $200 million originated in SBA and USDA loans. Before joining Florida Capital Bank, he served as the President and CEO of a Florida-based community bank. Charles also graduated from Purdue University in with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, following up at Indiana University with a Master of Business Administration.
