How to Enroll in Business Online Banking?

Enrolling in Business Online Banking is easy. We Bring the Bank to You!

Contact one of our Business Relationship Bankers to schedule a time for them to come out to your business to discuss your financial needs. The initial enrollment form only takes a few minutes, which will enable us to prepare your customized, comprehensive enrollment packet.

Once the paperwork is signed and returned to us, we'll process your enrollment and you'll receive your initial user ID and password within a few business days.

Forgot your password?

Don’t worry! If you’ve forgotten your Business Online Banking password the steps below will help you get back into your account:

  1. Click LOGIN at the top of the FLCBank website 
  2. Type in your Login ID and click LOGIN
  3. On the next screen click the blue text Forgot Password/PIN
  4. You will need to enter in your Login ID again
  5. Then click the “SUBMIT” button.
  6. Your password will be sent to the email address on file.
    If you don’t receive your password within 5 minutes contact Business Online Banking customer support at 1-800-318-3159 option 4 then option 1.

Personal Online Banking


How to Enroll in Personal Online Banking?

Before you can enroll in Personal Online Banking, you will need to know your primary account number. If you don’t have an account with us and are interested in opening a personal account, contact one of our dedicated bankers at a location near you.

Steps to Enroll in Personal Online Banking:

  1. Select the “Enroll” link from the Personal Online Banking login box.
  2. Complete the required information and click enroll. You will need to know your primary account number and your PIN, at this time, is the last 4 digits of your SSN.
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions and click “I Agree” button.
  4. On the next few screens, you will establish your credentials: Username and Password and set-up security challenge questions.
  5. The next steps will be setting up your online options like estatements, mobile banking and text alerts.
  6. Congratulations you have enrolled in Online Banking for your personal accounts. Go back to the Personal Online Banking login box and click login.

Forgot your password?

Don’t worry! The steps below will help you get back into your account:

  1. Click here to reset your password
  2. Enter your username in the field
  3. Enter Last 4 digits of Social Security number in the field
  4. Enter Email address in the field
  5. Click the “Begin password reset” button
  6. You will be asked a series of verification questions that must be answered correctly.
  7. Once the questions have been answered correctly your password will be sent to you via email.
    If you don’t receive your password within 5 minutes contact Consumer Online Banking customer support at 1.800.318.3159 and select option 4 then option 2.
