Hurricane Helene Update

FLCBank continues to monitor Hurricane Helene and its impact on our offices in Florida. The safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority. Below is the latest information on branch closures and modified hours. Please check back periodically for updates.Â
Friday, September 27th
- The Gainesville and Tampa offices will be closed to walk-in traffic. We will be assisting customers by phone and email during normal operating hours.
- The Jacksonville and Orlando will be open during normal hours.
FLCBank has disaster recovery plans that allow our operations to continue with minimal disruption of services. We can process RDC deposits, incoming/outgoing wires, and ACH files as normal. This weather event may affect the mail system, which could lead to delays in the delivery of any type of paper payment.

To ensure the safety of our team, we have established procedures that allow our teams to work remotely during emergency situations and physical office closures. However, weather conditions may affect response times. We appreciate your patience.
- If we have to close an office, we can forward phones and emails to another office or to our Service Support team who will be available by phone.
- Online and mobile banking are available 24/7.
