Severe weather update - Hurricane Dorian

We are closely monitoring Hurricane Dorian and the potential impact on Florida. While the forecast remains somewhat uncertain, FLCB management continues to review all storm information for the safety of our customers and employees. Updates to our hours of operation are shown below and will be updated as the storm progresses.

  • Wednesday, September 4th
    Jacksonville and Orlando offices will be closed.
    Tampa and Gainesville will be open normal business hours 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
    Service Support team will be operating normal hours 8:30AM – 6:00PM. If you need assistance please call 904-472-2760.
  • Thursday, September 5th
    All branches will be open and operating their normal hours 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

NOTE: During this time, direct deposits will be processed as usual. This weather event may affect anything going through the mail system including the timely delivery of Bill Pay paper payments.

Be Prepared

In the event of branch closures, it's important that you can access your banking information digitally. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to Enroll in Online Banking and download our app for Apple or Android. That way, if you have to do things like deposit a check, you can use the Mobile Deposit feature.
