Executive Team

T. KEITH PERRY

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

T. Keith Perry joined Florida Capital Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Perry served as an Advisor to and later an employee of Commerce National Bankshares of Florida, Inc. from 2012 – 2017. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for CenterBank of Jacksonville, N.A., and American National Bank of Florida from 1999-2011, and 1981-1998 respectively. Perry holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida, where he has also previously taught undergraduate commercial banking.

PHILLIP S. BUDDENBOHM

President and Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Phillip S. Buddenbohm joined Florida Capital Bank in September 2019 as its Chief Credit Officer. Previously, Mr. Buddenbohm served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation from 2013 until its acquisition by Ameris Bancorp in May of 2018, and Chief Credit Officer of Atlantic Coast Bank from 2005 to 2013. Mr. Buddenbohm spent the first 13 years of his career with National Commerce Financial Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Buddenbohm has 26 years of experience in commercial, mortgage and consumer lending, commercial credit administration, and branch services.

SAM ISHEE

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Sam Ishee joined Florida Capital Bank in 2007, working his way up from bank teller to Treasurer in 2017. He moved into his current CFO role, in November 2023. Sam holds a Bachelor of Accounting from UNF and completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from UNF in 2013. Sam was recognized in 2018 by The Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 which recognizes young executives who are shaping the First Coast now and into the future. In 2023 Sam received recognized again by The Jacksonville Business Journal as on of Jacksonville’s Rising Star in Finance. In addition to his full-time role at Florida Capital Bank, Sam makes time to be actively involved in his community. He currently volunteers at his local community Boy Scouts of America, Troop 312. Over the past eight years Sam has served in various roles including Den Leader, Assistant Cub Master, Cub Master, Troop Committee Member, and is a member of the Gilwell Society. Over the past 16 years Sam has volunteered with various non-profits throughout Northeast Florida. Including Junior Achievement of North Florida, United Way of North Florida, Hunger Fight, Operation New Hope, and various others. Sam is an active member of his church, First Baptist Church Jacksonville and a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).


Management Team

Mike McCorvey

Chief Credit Officer

As Chief Credit Officer Mr. McCorvey is responsible for managing the bank’s commercial credit portfolio. He brings over 37 years of extensive experience in several areas of financial leadership: including commercial lending, bank operations, risk management, strategic planning, and performance management.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Auburn University.

PERRY WILSON, CRCM and CERP

Chief Compliance & Risk Officer

In Ms. Wilson’s role, she brings over 30 years of banking, finance, and business law experience to the organization. Perry’s advocacy for small business owners propelled her into leading the bank’s efforts to develop a Community Reinvestment Act program to better support small businesses throughout the Northeast Florida community. Wilson serves as part of a select group of managers chosen to lead Florida Capital Bank into a profitable and community-minded future. She was promoted to the position of Chief Compliance & Risk Officer for Florida Capital Bank in March 2017. While in her previous role as manager of the compliance department, Perry was also asked to take on additional responsibilities for the bank’s enterprise-wide Risk Management Program — a challenge she was thrilled to accept.

PAMELA DAVIS, SHRM-SCP

Senior Vice President – Human Resources

Ms. Davis has over 15 years of banking industry experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Florida Capital Bank in 2016, she spent 12 years as Vice President, Human Resources at American Enterprise Bank of Florida. She is responsible for comprehensive human resources solutions to mitigate operational risk and support overall bank operations. Direct activities include recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, compensation, reward/recognition, and other ongoing human resources activities. Ms. Davis serves on the Board of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Jacksonville Chapter, in the position of Workforce Readiness Director. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.

MATT GREENE

Jacksonville Market President

Matt joined Florida Capital Bank in 2022 to lead the efforts to grow the commercial lending side of the bank.  Matt is a long-time Jacksonville banker with over 35 years of experience who has held various community bank leadership roles including CEO, President, CLO and CFO.  Matt has extensive lending experience working with business owners and real estate professionals.  Matt is active in his church, San Jose Episcopal, and the Episcopal Diocese of Florida where he currently serves as Finance Committee Chairman.  He received his undergraduate and MBA from the University of Central Florida.

ANDREA LEFEBVRE

Managing Director of Production – Wholesale and Retail Mortgage

Andrea Lefebvre joined FLCBank in 2008 as an experienced mortgage professional. Her tenure in the third-party origination space includes fourteen years as Northeast Regional Manager and National Credit Committee Co-Chair at SunTrust Mortgage as well as being recognized as Affiliate of the Year for the northeast brokers association.

MARIA MCDANIELS

Managing Director of Specialty Banking & Retail Banking

Maria McDaniels joined Florida Capital Bank in 2022 as Director of Specialty Banking Project Management. She was promoted to the key position of Managing Director of Specialty Banking & Retail Banking, in March of 2023. She brings over 22 years of experience in the Jacksonville, Florida banking community, working at both local banks and regional banks. Throughout her career, she has held several key positions including Retail Market Management, Deposit Operations, Customer Experience Management, and an extensive background in Treasury Management. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA in Business Administration, attending both Marshall University and the University of Phoenix. Maria also graduated from the University of Florida’s School of Banking.

CHARLES (CHUCK) OWSTON, CMAA

Senior Vice President – Commercial Lending

Chuck joined the founding shareholder group of Florida Capital Bank in 2005 to assist with raising capital and market development of a statewide commercial bank. He served as President of the Bank Division of Florida Capital Bank, N.A. from 2010-2014. He spent 21 years with Wachovia Bank (now a Wells Fargo Company) where he advised shareholders of middle market companies on optimal capital structures, enterprise value growth strategies, ownership transition, shareholder liquidity options, and managing wealth. Chuck has a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CMAA), granted by the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. Chuck is a member of the Rollins College, Department of Business Advisory Board.
